About Travel Permit Rules

A plain-English tracker of ETAs, e-visas and digital arrival cards.

What this is

Travel Permit Rules tracks the online permits and forms you need before a trip: electronic travel authorisations (ETAs), e-visas, and digital arrival cards. For each one we record who needs it, who is exempt, the fee, validity, maximum stay, processing time, when to apply and the official link.

How we check

Every fact comes from an official government source, with a quote you can check. Each fact carries a badge: Official ✓ (read on the official page), Official (snippet) (official text seen in a search result because the page blocked our checker), or Not confirmed. We don't guess: anything we could not confirm says "Not confirmed, check the official site". UK government (FCDO) travel advice is official but describes the rules for British citizens. USD amounts are approximate conversions.

All 41 permits were last checked on 2026-10-21; 11 are fully verified field-by-field.

Disclaimer

This is not official government information. We are an independent site, not affiliated with any government. Entry rules, fees and dates change, sometimes with no notice. Always confirm on the official site before you travel or pay. Nothing here is legal or immigration advice, and we are not responsible for decisions made using this site.

Money

The site is sponsored by an independent Inteletravel travel agent. Some pages show clearly labelled partner offers (for example travel insurance); we may earn a commission. Partner offers always appear below the official sources and never replace the official application site.
